Beth Baumann has been the mayor of the City of South St. Paul since 2003 after serving as a City Councilmember for two years. In her role as mayor, she has successfully partnered with the business community, brokers, developers and Progress Plus to bring economic development and redevelopment to South St. Paul.

Baumann is currently employed at Wells Fargo Shareowner Services as the Vice President of Customer Quality and Implementation. She also serves as a board member of Inver Hills Community College Foundation, South St. Paul Future, Inc., Progress Plus and served as co-chair of the successful $2.5 million Neighbors, Inc. Capital Campaign.
